Representative John Litz is at least consistant in his lie to the Lakeway chapter. When he spoke to us he assured us that he'd support our right to carry where alcohol is served as long as we weren't allowed to drink alcohol. He was advised at the time that it was already illegal to drink alcohol and carry and would continue to be so.

Litz voted against HB0962 (restaurant carry) and voted to support the Governor's veto of the bill: viewtopic.php?f=64&t=2152

It's time for Mr. Litz to be returned to his farm.
