March meeting recap

Officer Hinkle provided an interesting and informative discussion on gang activity in our community. There were a lot of questions with knowledgeable answers. Of course there were sub-topics raised such as the relationship of illegal immigrants and latin gangs but the speaker was fully prepared to answer the questions yet stay on topic.
