Although our scheduled speaker wasn't able to make the meeting a guest, Mike Faulk, agreed to address the nullification subject. Mike is a practicing civil law attorney from Hawkins county and presented a surprisingly candid view of jury nullification the upshot being that attorneys and judges prefer us to be ignorant of it so they can better manipulate the juries.
Mike is running for the Republican nomination for the Tennessee Senate District 4 (Claiborne, Grainger, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, and Union counties)
