April 2006 Meeting

The April meeting of the Tennessee Firearms Association Lakeway Chapter will be held at 7 PM on Tuesday evening, the 18th of April, 2006

Mr. Richard H. Dunn of the Federal D.E.A. Demand Reduction office located in Nashville Tennessee will be our guest speaker at this meeting. Mr. Dunn will be speaking on the growing illegal drug problem of East Tennessee; it’s impact on personal and property crimes; how to recognize some of the tell-tail signs of illegal drug activity in your neighborhood; and how the average citizen can become more involved in the fight to stop the flow of these illegal drugs into our communities.

Our meetings are held at the DAVY CROCKETT RESTAURANT at 3283 East Morris Blvd, Morristown TN. 37813, telephone number 423-586-4567. This restaurant is located 1 1/2 blocks east of the highway 25E and Morris Blvd interchange on the South side of Morris Blvd. There is a large, highly visible sign in front along with plenty of parking space. Come early and enjoy a pre-meeting social hour is from 6 PM to 7 PM, during which you may eat dinner if you choose. The evening’s program will begin promptly at 7 PM and end at 8 PM. Audience questions related to the program’s topic are encouraged.
