Witnesses told police two men were seen running from the location shortly after the shooting.
Friends said Hancock, a sophomore at the University of Memphis, was a business major who also worked for FedEx and looked forward to raising his 11-month-old son.
Police hope someone will recognize the men in the surveillance tape so an arrest can be made.
