I have not seen the apology, but in it; I'm told Zumbo still refrains from recognizing that the Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting, and he also abstains from rescinding his statement about the owners of "evil assault weapons" being "terrorists". Basically, he was trying to save his career. Too little, too late Jimbo! Why don't you see if the Brady Bunch is hiring? They have already used your rant in their propaganda, you may as well get paid for stabbing us in the back...

Please join me in contacting these companies and organizations that have stood up for all of OUR RIGHTS, and thanking them for putting their money; or taking it away int his case, where their mouth is:

NRA, Outdoor Life, Remington, Gerber, Mossy Oak, Hi Mountain Jerky & Cabela's

Zumbo didn't have anything to do with TFA, but if he had, I'm sure our Executive Director, John Harris, would have been the first to fire him.

Patriot Pat McGarrity

Cabela's (email response):

"On Monday, February 19, Cabela's suspended sponsorship of the Jim
Zumbo Outdoors television show until Cabela's Legal Department could
review contractual obligations and commitments relating to our
business relationship. As of Tuesday, February 20, Cabela's has ceased
our business relationship with Mr. Zumbo.

Cabela's strongly disagrees with Mr. Zumbo's February 16 posting on
his Hunting with Jim Zumbo blog on Outdoor Life's Web site. His
opinions on this matter run counter to the beliefs shared by Cabela's
more than 12,000 employees, many of whom are hunters, recreational
shooters and firearm enthusiasts.

Have a great day !
Shelley"
