Congrats to the Memphis, AKA The Mogadishu of the West, city council. They decided that they only want criminal predators armed in their parks; no LEGALLY armed citizens allowed. How's that working out for them? Well, Memphis has the distinction of being the most dangerous city in the U.S.A. The pro-consolidation mafia wants to spread exactly this kind of misery around.
