Sgt. Elliot is an expert on the gang problem we have in this area. The number of gang members and to what extent they are organized is underestimated by the majority of area residents and we greatly appreciate Sgt. Elliot's time in sharing his expertise.

Although we always welcome new members, TFA meetings are open to the public and you do not have to be a member to attend.
