Curry will start addressing the changes needed in the bill to overcome the recent ruling that it is unconstitutional as soon as the next legislative session starts. It is not known yet if this will be during the primary, general election, or both, but Curry will have an opponent in next year's election.

Campaign finance laws prohibit Curry from fundraising while the House is in session, starting January 12th, 2010. Before then, campaign donations may be sent to:
