Need Clarification of Little General Sign

There is dicussion of Little General sign on the Tennessee Gunowners forum. Little General has posted a Gun Busters sign with the wording " No Open Carry". Would this sign mean it is not legal to carry in LG whether it be concealed or open carry because of the gun busters sign over riding the wording. I know before the gun buster sign was legal they would allow concealed carry. Trying to word this as clear as possible.

It is the intent of the Ownership of the Little General chain to allow concealed carry by licensed permit holders.

Mr. C, I know what happened back in 2009 and was very pleased. What my question is since the law was changed to allow the gun buster sign to be legal, even though they have "no open carry" underneath the gun buster sign, would the gun buster sign disallow the no open carry or does it override the gun buster sign. This what I'm trying to clarify as I don't want to go in there if it is now illegal. Thanks
