This is getting comical:
Hey, maybe Cabana or Sunset Grill is hiring. But then they place a steak knife on every table whether patrons have passed a background check or not. Very dangerous.

"AWW GEEZZZ, NOT THIS CRAP AGAIN!!!"
I would just about guarantee you that this little hoplophobe has never had one bad encounter with a holder of a Tennessee HCP. This is not about facts. It is about how he "feels"... He feels endangered by something that he is not even sure (assuming most of us are carrying concealed) is there. "OH MY GOODNESS!!! HE FEELS... UNCOMFORTABLLLLE!!! Quick pass a law or file suit against someone! This madness must stop!" (With apologies to the Phil Valentine Show.)
I find it interesting that the server feels endangered enough to file suit (wonder how he affords his attorney fees on a server salary?) but his co-workers reflect just the opposite...

There was a short discussion about something similar a bit ago:

If he feels that strongly about it, why not just quit and go work somewhere that posts. Then you can be sure that every gun that comes in is a hazard.

Were I the manager of this servers place of employment I would make sure that person was safe by "removing them from the dangerous work environment" ..... IE FIRE THEIR !@#$%. I think the manager of this persons job place has already stated that there has been no problems there for almost 2 years.....

I can't find the story on their website yet, but WTVF/NewsChannel 5 in Nashville reported this AM (Saturday, 4 Sept 2010)
that a TOSHA inspector had investigated the server's complaint and found that carrying in places where alcohol is served
does not pose a threat.
The complainant is expected to appeal.
ETA: Found this article on the Tennesseean's site:

That's good news. Hopefully, any appeal will receive a similar finding.
This incident does, however, point out how insidious the opponents to gun rights can be and the numerous ways that such opponents can use to try to thwart our rights.
