WSMV News (Channel 4 in Nashville) just reported that Gov. Bredesen has signed the law prohibiting law enforcement agencies from automatically destroying weapons siezed or confiscated because of use in a crime.
Nice, though brief, interview with our own John Harris, too. This was a TFA-back piece of legislation.
