Other than the fine amount & maximum sentence, ( a little overkill I think) the "spirit" of their proposed law against abusing the "Orange Tip" safety idea "seems" reasonable to me.. Maybe it's a good idea for the STATE of TN to adopt a similar measure? I'd rather see it handled by the state than the Feds, as I've said many times, I know..

A bad idea.

A good rule of thumb, is never trust the antis with an idea, it will be used against us in some form or another.

Another good rule, laws that make an act illegal because of potential actions, generally are bad. In this case, the basis was because the government had nothing else to prosecute one man with, so now by making THIS illegal, they will have a crime if he does something again. Bad law, period.
