The Supremacy Clause in the Constitution overrules anything in any state court or constitution. This was one of the major objections of the Anti-Federalists. The only article of the Bill of Rights which would ever possibly have to be incorporated under the 14th Amendment is the first, which applies to Congress only ("Congress shall make no law..."). All the rest apply to the states from the very day they were adopted. Read the Supremacy Clause. Sometimes words actually mean what they say. Only a lawyer or politician would argue otherwise.
