Refund for tee shirt.

To who it may concern. On the 12th of August I placed an order with TFA for a book CAHSD due to my error paid non member price. Thats allright but, I also made a contribution to the Constitutional Action Fund as well as the TFA PAC Fund. So far so good. The book was delivered last friday however, the tee shirt I ordered was not sent . Also I now notice that the tee shirt is no longer on the web site. May I please get a refund for the shirt and the shipping cost. :roll:

These types of inquiries really should not be directed to the web forum but, now that it has been, perhaps it needs repeating.....

TFA is a volunteer based organization. Most orders for items are processed as are memberships on a MONTHLY basis since the people who handle these things have full time jobs and donate the time to TFA to handle these matters.

TFA has black t-shirts in stock but the gray ones are out of stock and are not likely to be reordered. If you want a shirt or a refund, the inquiry should be directed to lisaguthrie @ tennesseefirearms.com

Also, TFA has been trying to deal with the issue of a time lag for shipping shirts and hats. We are in the process of establishing a system whereby the shirts are inventoried by our supplier and shipped directly. That process is being "ironed out" but it should cut the turn-around time in half.
