There are two events (at least) which will be up in the next 10 days in and around Nashville.

1). The "Restaurant" lawsuit is scheduled for an injunction hearing at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13 in Davidson County Chancery Court (Chancellor Bonnyman) at the Nashville Courthouse. Parking is underground and entered from James Robertson at the redlight next to the river. This is SIGNIFICANT because if the court issues an injunction then its possible that the restaurant law would not go into effect statewide. Also, Fox NETWORK news is coming to town to cover this. We need everyone we can get there and present. For more information check the www.tfaonline.org/forum -

2) On Tuesday, July 21, at 6:00 p.m. the Davidson County council (a misnomer) will consider the issue of closing Davidson County's 100+ local parks to all permit holders. Council members who are resisting this effort have asked that we try to have 1000+ gun owners arrive that night for a show of respectful firearms owners in opposition to closing Davidson County's parks. Once again, this meeting will be at the Metro courthouse. Again, check www.tfaonline.org/forum for updates.
