Permit less open carry. Has it passed?

I have been hearing from numerous people over the last couple of days that TN passed permit less open carry a couple of days ago. I can find nothing of the subject online other than the bill was killed in March! Is it passed? If so when does it take affect? I don't open carry but I am sure people who aren't aware would like to know about this!

Boy this is a lively and helpful sight (sarcasm). I'll just go with my initial thought that it was killed back in march and the two people that tried to clam this are idiots!
