Who among the Nashville mayoral candidates are most gun friendly?
I'm having a hard time finding much out about their stands.

Based on what I've heard, Buck Dozier seems to be the most 2nd friendly. It sure as heck isn't Briley or Dean; Clement voted for the AW ban originally, IIRC?

A rule of thumb *I* use is, if any candidate is listed as a "progressive", they're almost always gun grabbers.

There is actually a report of a speech that Dean gave where he proudly proclaims he is from "up north" and against people carrying guns. I think I have a copy at the office. As a public defender (usually very liberal) and a "government attorney" I doubt seriously he will support the 2nd Amendment.
