Current run time for HCP/renewals

I went in and did the prints and had my permit 22 days later. My wife was printed at the same time I was and hers was 29 days later. She kept calling and checking the status and mine was issued the day I called. My wifes was issued the day she called and checked on hers. They told us that it would take up to 14 working days to receive it after issue. I got mine 4 days later I think it was.
