federal court 2nd amm does not guarantee right to ccw.

I heard last week on the news that a federal court had ruled that the 2nd ammendment does not guarantee the right to carry a concealed weapon.
Got to thinking about and I have to say that I agree with that. The 2nd ammendment doesn't specifically guarantee that right, but I think it does guarantee the right of every citizen to carry an M-16 ( full auto ) loaded around with them everywhere they go.
I would love to hear thoughts of others on this.

I disagree. I think the Second Amendment gives me the right to carry, open or concealed. If I choose to keep my weapon concealed so a bad guy doesn't know I'm able to defend myself, it's my right. The bad guy hides his gun until he chooses to threaten someone's life, doesn't he? Are law abiding citizens to be kept at a disadvantage? Why do we allow the laws to protect the criminal more than the citizens who obey the laws? I carry open occasionally, as my permit is a "handgun carry permit," rather than a "concealed carry weapon" license. As John has explained before, we wanted the permit law to "not" require concealment, so accidental violators that expose their guns would not be subjected to arrest for violation of a "concealed carry" requirement. To bear arms does not mean to "bare" arms.

"shall not infringed" seems pretty simple to me. No it does not guarentee that I can conceal it but it also forbids the govt from telling me I cant.
