Au contrare; they most certainly DO differentiate between actual terrorists and normal US citizens. ACTUAL terrorists are not allowed to be bullied, intimidated, and they are to be granted all rights and legal protections due US citizens. The rest of us, according to the AG and the Teleprompter-in-chief, are to be viewed with suspicion or outright contempt, our Constitutional rights are to be ignored and trampled, and we are to be seen as the "enemy combatants" by virtue of our exercise of our 2nd and 1st amendment rights...
